Diagnosed institutional and system-level challenges across all 8 states with government and ecosystem stakeholders. Led training model-building workshops with Tamil Nadu and Assam's department leads, and designed a CSO model strategy pilot across two states with end-to-end frameworks.

Outcome

A replicable model strategy piloted across two states, with monitoring systems in place for continuous, evidence-based iteration, and stronger alignment between principals, trainers, and department leads.

Built a blended learning lifecycle for trainers integrating learning sciences with AI-enabled personalization, and coordinated a 12-month organizational development program for VTI partners.

Building Caretaking Standards for Child Care Institutions

Challenge

Adult caretakers in Child Care Institutions needed clear, practical training and operating standards — but existing documentation didn't reflect ground realities or regulatory requirements closely enough to be usable day-to-day.

Approach

Led scoping, design, and documentation of training modules, SOPs, policy documents, and playbooks for CCI caretakers. Co-created and iteratively refined operational playbooks in close coordination with on-the-ground teams, supporting internal capacity-building through direct training delivery.

Outcome

A set of operational playbooks and SOPs grounded in real institutional practice, with internal teams equipped to sustain and apply them independently.
